Training Schedule Manager

Client list is seeded from the Drive folders in Weekly Dashboards (45 folders), plus any clients you add here for training-only tracking. On Cindy's sheet = was on the original training schedule. Folder only = has a dashboard folder but wasn't on Cindy's training list (often camera-only) — confirm before treating as a training client. No dashboard = added here for training tracking only; no Drive dashboard folder. New dashboard clients are synced in automatically during onboarding.

Pick a month to see every client and the training they're scheduled for that month, based on each client's assigned schedule. Status reflects any per-client overrides.

Build and manage training schedules (tracks). Each schedule is its own list of month → topic → status. Assign a schedule to a client from that client's Schedule view. Editing a row here is the default for everyone on the schedule; a client can override individual months.
